This simple test incorporates three of the most vital measurements covering a person's health & fitness levels:

Fitness Evaluation

Take the opportunity to find out your total blood cholesterol level in minutes, with a simple and painless test. Cholesterol is an essential fat required within the body for proper physiological functioning, and is harmless when the balance in the body is correct. However, sometimes this balance can go wrong.
